Adjusting a Cupboard for a Child

In this application, we used SQOTS™ Glue Dots to hold a metal ruler in position as a reference and we used SQOTS™ to temporarily stick small mounting brackets in place while we secured them permanently with screws.

We set about lowering the hanging rail of an adults cupboard to the level suitable for a child’s cupboard enabling children to reach clothes on hangers.  In this case we lowered the rail by 29 cm.

As a DIY handyman, do you sometimes wish you had an extra hand to help grasp or hold small objects in place while you mark, cut, screw or drill around them?

A SQOTS™ Box in the tool box can make your tasks that much easier.

Many people now do common household repairs. There are resources on the Internet, as well as do-it-yourself guide books with instructions about how to complete a wide range of projects. One trend is that fewer homeowners are inclined to do fix-up jobs, perhaps because of time constraints or perhaps they feel it is too difficult.  Adding the SQOTS™ range in your handyman tool box or draw can make some of those jobs a lot easier – having that “extra hand” – holding a ruler, a template or a bracket in place.

The SQOTS™ range of products, which we describe as glue dots, square glue dots, square self-adhesive dots and other phrases that have the words dots or glue, is not affiliated with or associated with any glue dots manufacturers, representative, affiliates or websites promoting or selling their products with trademarks or trade names that include or consist of the common phrase description “glue dots”
